The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation that an off-duty officer behaved in a threatening manner towards their former partner.

Police conducted a criminal investigation and found there was insufficient evidence to support a charge against the officer. The employment investigation did not uphold the complaints.

The Authority is satisfied that the Police adequately investigated and dealt with this incident.
