The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a notification where a Police officer inappropriately accessed police information about an incident involving herself, without submitting a request pursuant to the Official Information Act, 1982.
The Authority is satisfied that Police have addressed the officer's conduct through an appropriate employment process.
