24 February 2020

The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a notification where a Police officer in Auckland driving a Police vehicle, failed to stop and collided with the back of another car causing damage to both vehicles. The investigation found the officer had momentarily fallen asleep and was at fault for the collision.
