The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into a complaint alleging an officer sent inappropriate text messages containing sexual innuendo and concerning language to a vulnerable family harm victim.
The Police investigation found the officer had engaged in such behaviour which amounted to serious misconduct. Police dealt with the matter through an employment process and the Authority agreed that the findings and outcome were appropriate.
