The Authority oversaw a Police investigation into an allegation a Counties Manukau Police staff member accessed a woman’s social media account while putting directions into her phone, enabling him to view her private account.
Police commenced an employment investigation, but the staff member resigned before the investigation could be concluded.
The Authority agrees with the Police process.
