Police notified the Authority that concerns had been raised about the integrity of a recruit who was allegedly associating with a suspect in a serious crime investigation.
Police conducted some initial enquiries in preparation to undertake an employment investigation under our oversight; however, the recruit resigned from Police before the investigation commenced.
Police have decided there is no further action to be taken, and the Authority agrees with this outcome.
