Due to the Covid-19 emergency and lock down, from Monday 23 March until further notice, all Independent Police Conduct Authority staff are working remotely.

During the state of Covid-19 alert Level 4, please do not physically post correspondence to us as we have limited capacity to access mail. The easiest way to contact us is via this website.
For complaints, please submit these via the online complaints link under the Complaints tab of this website.
If you have an existing complaint, or your complaint is currently under investigation, we will continue to work on it. The time frame for resolving these complaints is likely to take longer than normal.
