The Independent Police Conduct Authority handles complaints about the NZ Police. If you have a complaint about the Police, you can come to us.

Our office is closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday period from 25 December 2025 until Monday  5 January 2026. Complaints can be made online or by posting to us.
