From May 2024 our public reports will be either summary reports or longer "full" reports, depending on the nature of the incident or complaint we investigated. Summary reports provide a brief overview of our investigations and our findings, while full reports provide a more comprehensive analysis of the issues we examined and are accompanied by a media statement.

The Independent Police Conduct Authority has found that a Police officer was justified in deciding to shoot at an armed man during a siege in Stratford in March 2023.
